I have mail many times our MD and not reply me once reply hr you're not eligible to bonus.once only message by hr you come on 10th taken your account.
Dear Sir,
If you have been terminated illegally then there are multiple labour welfare law that would come to the rescue, if applicable. However, before initiating any proceedings you should first send a legal notice to the other person.
