Challenge this in the High Court and seek a stay over the same.

Suspension order couldn't have been passed dehors the service rules and regulations. The very fact that it has been passed on the day of your retirement, seems the the same has just been passed to cause a prejudice to you

You have the right to appeal to the prescribed departmental appellate authority against the same. Neither you can stop inquiry, nor the courts try to interfere in the administrative process unless the petitioner has an evidence of bias or prejudice of the disciplinary authority in issue of suspension order or charge sheet or the conduct of departmental inquiry. Better defend your case effectively in the departmental inquiry to scuttle down the articles of charge based on evidence in your favour and against the charge.

ur question reveals nothing properly,where were u working? what does your service rules say?all this has to be known for proper advice.what do u mean by in my last working day? though normally a person can be suspende in contemplation of enquiry.so come clear for proper advice. moreovver suspention can be challenged before hon'ble high court
