Withdraw from NON-COmpete agreement signed

08-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am working in a Private software company for last 2 years. recently they initiated a reward program and asked to sign a document which states that they will accumulate 1 Lakh rupees each each for me and will pay sum amount after 5 years. However they did not pay anything at time of sign. That document contains NON-COMPETE clause means, i cannot join other same type of company for next 4 year. I missed check or go through this clause before signing. Can they force on this clause or how can i withdraw from this agreement. Its been 4 months I Signed.

hello

see the agreement you have signed may contain certain more clauses wheren if you joined any other company they can reimsured from you for the losses. Firstly you can approach the union under which you are governed in your present company if they dont help you out then they are certain legal remedies through court which can be exercise.
