No need to come from monday,....but i am a permanent employee...i have all the documents....and in the resignation mail i have also mentioned that want to serve my 30 days of notice period, now i want to that will they have to compensate my 30 days notice period salary, when i asked them they said we can terminate you on behaviourly issues and we have to give nothing. Please advive me if they are wrong or i m wrong. Thanks
Depends upon the terms and conditions entered into between you and the Company. If they have terminated your service then it is not necessary that you will have to give salary for notice period. Talk to the management of your company to get clarifications in this regard.
Your problem needs a detailed to give a concrete opinion.
If the organisation is not complying with the norms of agreement then you need to send a legal notice through lawyer.
This notice when sent conveys your intention prior to the legal proceedings and thus makes the party aware of your grievance. Many a times, a legal notice served will bring the other party on heels and the problem can get resolved out of court too with fruitful discussions on both sides.

You are correct to state that you are eligible to receive your 30 days' worth salary alongwith full and final payment. What the Company is doing, is breach of trust and contract. You can file a case against them.
