Will a software employee be suspended if jailed for more than 48 hrs

My wife is filed a false case 498A against me and my father, mother, sisters. I went in Remand for 5 days (which includes Sunday, Judge was on leave for one day). After 5 days I got bail, I did not inform in my office. My doubt is I remanded in jail for 5 days is there any problem from my office side like suspension order or anything.

in general, an employee can be terminated only if an employee is convicted. in your case, it appears your arrest is a pre trial arrest..there will be no legal action such as termination for pre trial arrest
