Wife getting salary less than the minimum salary

hi, sir i want to know that , my wife do job in a private school as a teacher in haryana state city faridabad, according to law minimum salary should not be less than 9000rs. per month , but school given 6000rs. and take a signature of my wife on salary slip of 6000rs. is it right ? according to law ? or is there any exemption of this for school ? i do not understand . plz explain everything . help me out .

You are right school should pay the minimum salary fixed by the government but as you told that your wife is receiving on 6000 Rs is against the notification and order of the government. If you have salary slip then you can move to court for recovery
