Why BIR/MIR rule is not yet amended as per the pay limit

09-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
In above acts pay limit for worker is Rs.6500/6500/11000/>15000.Why this not unique or its higher limit should be applicable in favour of worker as on today i.e which is more among this 4 acts. Why bir rule/mir rule is not yet amended the pay limit. it's last pay limit amended on dated. ID act pay limit amended on. may 2010 Rs.11000 should applicable to mir because review arrangements by govt.

This is my response to you:
1. Some of the facts are not clear sir;
2. To amend the pay limit, is a call the ruling government has to make;
3. Only after the government decides to amend the BIR/MIR Rules then only the pay limit can be corrected as per today's standards;
4. You can approach the government department if there is no Government Resolution (GR) taken out by the State Government in this regard;
5. If no, then file a Writ Petition in the High Court demanding a raise in pay scale.
