My Uncle was a EPFO Member died last year on job
He was a bachelor and his father and mother are also no more.
He has 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Can His sister claim his edli insurance of his brother after her marraige.
is her sister has also share in edli insurance claim with his brother after her marraige also?
His brothers and sisters both can claim that edli. In case he was a Hindu, the same will be settled as per the Hindu succession Act. But I don't understand, you being a nephew of the deceased, what is your interest in the property or locus standi in this case!

yes there are provisions for married sister .. proviso have to show all other income . In regards to that I have to sit for conference &have to go through other documents Provusion law for female gender has beenchanged
