Which agreement is required to start construction by the contractor

I am going to construct my house which type of agreement I take from labour/contractor so I could not involve in any incident happen on site.?
You should have a contract for construction wherein you should specifically write that the constructor will be responsible to comply with all the laws and regulations related to Labour and industrial laws. You should get the permission from municipal corporation for the construction and shall get the map approved from them and shall do all the payment to the constructor by the way of Bank Transfer.

Whenever you get your house constructed you need to enter into an agreement with the builder/contractor . This is a preventive measure to define the liabilities of owner and builder/contractor. You can enter into a land development agreement. Consult me for drafting a land development agreement.
