whether leaves will be adjusted in working experience or not

sir i had worked in lic of india as assistant in 1987 at bareilly branch. the lic has terminated me on 24th dec 1987. the next 3 days was govt holidays.the next working day after 3 dyas is monday. sir i am not avail any leave in the working period.( 81 dyas)..may my leaves count in my experience days. sir my experience is  above 85 days or not including my due leaves .

Not a single day will be included in your experience once you were terminated. So literally, you worked for just 81 days in lic and the 3 day holiday, which began post your termination wouldn't be taken as your experience at LIC.
