Where to file complain against harassing employer

31-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am working as a software engineer at a pvt ltd company in delhi. It has been 3 months and I have been a subject of almost continuous mental harassment by the owners of the company. I have worked more than my working hours to meet deadlines. However, due to some uncertainities, there were some delays. A few days back I had a fired up conversation with the owner of the company and the owner used abusive and foul language. I walked out of the office to diffuse the situation. a day before , I was asked for resignation by the HR team. I declined the same and then emailed them that the condition upon which i will file the resignation. What action can I take?

Please take note -
1. Apart from law, it is advisable to not to work in a place where you are not comfortable with.
2. You can resign from your post, serving the time period which is prescribed in the employment contract. Following this, you can claim your dues, claims your papers which is required to work further and can leave happily.
3. Once you are out from the organization then you can contest the case in against your employer for their abusive behavior provided you have strong proof to prove the same. Mere allegations will not help you and if you are relying that someone will come to back your claim then that is not at all advisable when you are planning to contest a case.
