Dear Sir/mam I am siva.. i worked as agent at pharma disputer company. past 4 months on word i not received my profit. now where i want to complaint.. police station are labour court..

you have to clarify whether you are a employer or merely a agent in your concern. if your are a employer your are entitled to Bonus and your remedy lies before the Labour Court. There is no criminal action or intention in your case.
