when the company will give relieving letter after pay bond amount?

Sir, I am currently working in a state psu and am in probation for 3 years for a bond amount of 2 lacs. Say if I resign through proper channel with the payment of the bond amoun, at max how long the company legally take to issue the relieving letter. Please also note that as per the rules I can leave the organisation giving one month notice. Pls help its really urgent.
There is no time bound for an organization to issue relieving letter. It can be done in a day or even days / months. It is advisable to contact your employer and have the relieving procedure completed.
