Hi, Is non compete bond to join another organisation of same field legal. What actions could be taken by employer on an employee who breaks this agreement.

Non compet bond agreement legal status varies country to country.in india,indian contract act 1872 ,it has legal validity which depends upon some time limitation , geographical limitation & good wiil area if u break it employer can take .legal action according to the terms and conditions of the non compete agreement,mentioned on which u have signed.
