What will happen if acquittal is given and selected for govt. job

मेरा C.A.P.F. मे appointment हुआ था ओर मेरा cesh panding था जिसकी धाराए 341,323,504,/34 है ओर judgement मे acquitted हो गया तो अब कानुन के अनुसार किया होगा. अभि तक कोइ निर्णय नही आया है C.A.P.F. के द्वारा ?
whether u have filed any representation before CAPF??
if not then file it without any delay and in case you have already filed a representation then move before high court for appropriate direction by way of writ petition.

File a writ application in high court for your reinstatment. If the allegation was not related to the employment, you can be reinstated in service. Move quickly and promptly as delay will lessen your claim for backwages too.
