What type of disciplinary action can be taken by ESIC

I joined central govt services in ESIC as Junior Engineer on 19/01/2017. after that on 12/01/2017 i gave a notice of one month period and give final resign 19/01/2017. on 26/01/2017 i had deposited Rs. 19000/- against unserved period. in every letter i was demanding to relieve me on 28/01/2017. finally i collected NO Dues certificate . and on 28/01/2017 i gave a dispatch certificate. But relieving certificate was not given. now on 29/01/2017 i joined state govt. due to three month services i did not declare central govt services in state govt. I want to know here that what type of disciplinary action can be taken by ESIC against me. thanks
