What to do when the pension has not been received

I have not received pension yet , in-spite of regular followup with concern department officials of Government of Gujarat State. What reply govt of Gujarat given to u after several follow ups? Why they are denying to give pension?? Is any court case pending on you. Do serve one legal notice through Advocate asking for pension. You can file petition also directly in high court under Article 226.

You have not mentioned the cause of not awarding you the pension by government however in my opinion if there is no cause you must get at least a temporary pension. you may approach the Hon'ble High court by special civil application.
