What to do when No appointment letter, no benefits, no salary slip

06-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My wife joined in a company on last year September 2016 but till now she is asking the appointment letter, salary slips, employee benefits but her company refuses her request, also they are delaying salary every month and crediting 30 days salary on 50th day of the following month, she signed the 100rs bond to work with the company for 30 months and 3 months notice period if she resigns, as what she was sure with appointment letter, salary slips, employee lawful benefits will be given by the company during the discussion phase when joining on that company, but later on till now her company refused to give anything, no training given to her since she is experienced in her field but even though they collected bond and 2 Lakhs cheque from her for security reason. So I wanted to know how she can quit her job due to proof less employee on these unlawful employment norms? She already sent the resignation email on 15th March 2017, but wanted quit her job immediately like right a way. Thanks

Even though the company did not provide any offer letter or appointment letter, the fact that you served in the company for some time itself establishes employer-employee relationship and therefore it is better to exit in a way that is required to honour this relationship i.e by sending a proper resignation with notice period, if necessary. After that you can send him a legal notice to pay the full and final settlement and if the same is rejected/ignored then your wife can file a civil suit for recovery in the jurisdictional civil court.
