We are a Canadian NGO recently registered as Section 8 company. We are looking at staff in India but not sure of our options and responsibilities to engage our office staff as employees or contractors

While employing any staff in India, you must be mindful of various labour laws and compliances, which will depend upon the nature of employment, size of your staff, as well as the salary structure.
