What to do next after showcause notice issued to the employees

Dear Sir, Two employees left working place for two hours without information. We issued showcause. Received explanation. Explanation not found satisfactory. Now what action can be taken against them? Can we suspend them? Can we impose fines? Can we do warning? Request to have your kind advise please. Thanking You, Regards,
Go through the company policy towards employees for which they are binding and take disciplinary action against the employees as per that. If it requires to be terminated then you can otherwise you can do whatever the policy says for misconduct of the employees during working hours of the compay.
