What to do my gratuity and pension is pending from 2008

Hello Experts, my father who used to work in CISF as a ASI faced corruption charges but not proven and case is still pending in the Delhi HC. on 2008 my father got terminated unexpectedly for the bad character but the issue here is after 20+ yrs of service my father haven't received any single rupee of his pension and gratuity. the case is pending in court for a decade now and dates are only happened once in a year in which no notification provided from our lawyer side and from the court side also. Please help my family is just on edge right now. my mother left this world few months back and my father is ill too. we have no home no money

You should approach the court on your own and visit the copying section of the administration. Fill a form and pay a prescribed fee and take out the entire file from there. Read the file on your own and then read the laws (from the book and not from the internet) and try to understand what has happened in your father's file by far now. Prepare a note with wahtever knowledge you can gather and approach any good advocate with a copy of your file and note.
Explain him or her the entire file so that he or she can get the case expedited and can get it decided as soon as it can be.
This is the only way to come out of this mess. My best wishes for you.
