What to do my father got fired from his job

hii my father was working at J.J. hospital in 1990 but my father was fired on..on duty for some goverment issue but we really requered for that job plz help us what we wont to do for that job......

1. What was your father working as?
2. Was there any bond, employment bond or any other agreement for employment?
3. If he was fired without proper procedure then he should file a complaint;
4. Otherwise he can send a legal notice to his employer for wrongfully terminating his employment.

And do represention to hospital. If thay not able to respond. Have to file writ potion before High Court with your respective jurisdiction. To resume the job
