What to do my employer harasses by long working hours

We are enforced to work more than 20 hrs in a single daywith no compensation and our company is a reputed corporate hospital .kindly give law advice
This is my response to you:
1. This would depend on whether you are a nurse or a doctor?
2. Also this will be subject to the employment bond;
3. The clauses of the employment bond will also have to be looked into;
4. Nonetheless 20 hours per day is too much;
5. You can approach the grievance cell and file a formal complaint;
6. If there are still no flexible hours then send them a legal notice to the HR department or your Head of Department.
