What to do in case of non payment of salary?

I and 10 other of my colleagues work at AIIH&PH Kolkata as receptionists and guards. Our employee, Panther Security Services have not given us our payments since July 2017. I recently found out the the name of the employee's company is added to the defaulters list of MCA. What should I do to get my salary? I will not be able to pay huge amounts of money to file a law suit.
All Indian institute of Hygiene & Public Health is a Central Government Organisation.Being the principal employer , the said organisation can't evade responsibility towards payment of wages to workers working under it's contractor.First submit a joint petetion to the Director AIIH&PH highlighting your issues.Copy to be given to appropriate authority under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act , Payment of wages Act,EPF Act and ESI Act.I hope you all of you will get justice.
