Me ek Private company ka karmchari hu. yaha par mobile pe baat karna or kisi saathi karmchari se baat karne par pabandi h. kya ye sahi h ya galat.
Hi no one can stop you using phone in your premises.
But, if they have notified to all and is applicable and you have signed the same in your offer letter, in that case you have to follow the instructions.
