What to do if the employer is not providing experience letter

04-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I joined a company 3 months ago and due to unrealistic expectations from my Director I decided to leave it and got a better opportunity in an MNC. The day I resigned I asked the Director on texts (since he was out of country) and he asked me to write an official email and be done with it. I wrote an email to them. The HR and the AVP asked me to serve the notice period of 1 month even during probation.I haven't signed any documents which state that I need to serve a notice period of 1 month. When I confronted them they then denied to give me my salary for that particular month. I confirmed with HR about the experience letter and they told me that whether I serve the notice period or not I will get my experience letter. I left the company and started working somewhere else. When the director came he denied the HR to render the experience letter and salary. I tried contacting the director on texts as well as on emails but he did not responded. Can I take it further legally? Thanks
