We have perused your issue and thus would advise you to get a strongly worded legal notice issued to the supplier through a lawyerand seek refund with interest. In case of default in complying with the legal notice you May file a suit for recovery in the court

You can send them a legal notice claiming the goods within a stipulated time period and if he fails to deliver the same then we can move to court for suit for specific performance. We can also claim damages for harassment and loss. For any further query please feel free to contact

Thanks

Good afternoon sir

You need to firstly serve them with a legal notice. In case they fail to respond or not pay you. You may initiate proceedings under the commercial courts act. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

Regards.
