What to do if my father accused of a false case after 32 years of job

29-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My father is a bank manager in a nationalized bank and he has been on this job for over 32 years. In April,2017 he had been suspended from his service because of an accusation of irregular transfer of funds for personal gain. But later it is found that one of my father's subordinates is behind this activities and they used my father's password to frame him. This culprit later accepts his guilt in front of bank's internal investigation authority and also clarified that he used my father's password to do that crime. In Feb,2018, Bank sent a letter for another hearing for the matter. But somehow on January 28th,2018 my father had a brain stroke due to high blood pressure and he was hospitalized.Currently he is fit but doctors say he needs more time for his hands to do fine movements like writing. But now they are trying to delay the matter and harassing us in the name of documents.I know there are highly experienced lawyers here, I request them that please help our father get justice.

You held that your father is a nationalized bank employee, therefore the doors of High Court or Central Administrative Tribunal. The Bank officials cannot behave in a whimsical manner, please process to file a writ before the High Court praying for an opportunity of being heard or fast hearing before the Bank disciplinary board.
