What to do if employer is not giving employement after selection

I applied for bank recruitment at experienced level in government sector and finally got selected but now during last stage of confirmation management saying that in advertisement it’s written that ‘post qualification experience in FTFO in public sector bank or private sector bank in the capacity of scale one or above for a minimum period of two years immidiately preceeding the cutoff date of application as per notification is Mandatory that is 13.01.2018 ‘ and I completed my two years in FTFO in 2016 and as that department closed in 2016 itself then we redeployed to other department since 2016 August and till now I am with this department . So I want to know that is I am eligible as per norm as mentioned aforesaid and what remedy can be done if required. I joined my current mnc banking organisation in July 2014. What should I do?
