What to do if consultancy commits a fraud

Placement agency SI-INFOTECH take money(two times 500+1000=1500 money ) to promise give job to Amazon company and provide job to unknown building inside call centre.Salary promise to 15000+incentive instead give 7000 what should I take action this froud I don't know any procedure
Y u can file a case of cheating and fraud against them. Make a complaint to police . If police dont take action u can approach court , pls din meeting with documents, what documents they given u to provide job in amezon

First among all you should apprise Amazon of this fact that a scam is going on their name wherein parties are being lured to do job.
Secondly you should send a legal notice to this recruitment agency and should ask for your refund. If they fails to do so move before police station with your complaint.
Thirdly you can sue the company wherein you are employed for giving salary in contravention of minimum wages act before labour court.
