What to do if company fired brother on false allegation of harassment?

Brother is working for a private IT company. The company has put a false allegation regarding financial, when my brother approached CEO they brought up charges of sexual harassment. They fired him. Now we want our relieving letter and experience letter. What action my brother take? He is innocent,
Since he was not given an opportunity to be heard, so he can send a legal notice thereby challenging the illegal termination and shall further seek compensation.
