What to do if cannot pay full and final amount for maternity leave

I was on maternity leave from last 1 year 6 month was paid and 6 month was unpaid now I m not able to pay the full and final amt as I did not serve notice period my baby is small but my hr told me to pay then only u will get experience letter but I don't have money to pay plz help me what should i do in this case
This is my response to you:
1. Your facts are incomplete;
2. You will need to provide more details especially the dates on when you resigned, when was the last communication with the HR etc.;
3. You can nonetheless send a legal notice claiming for the experience letter;
4. If they don't respond then approach the labour commissioner and subsequently the labour court.

You can make request in writing that at present you are not able to pay the amount and said amount may deduct from your salary after joining of your job.
