HOW I CAN MAKE COMPLAINT AGAINST COMPANY, OR INQUIRY , BECAUSE COMPANY NOT PROVIDING SALARY AFTER LEAVING JOB, NOT GIVING ANY BENEFIT WHICH IS APPLY TO MANUFACTURE COMPANY
This is my response to you:
1. You must file a formal complaint to the HR;
2. If they still do not respond the send a legal notice under payment of wages act to the HR as well as your employer directly;
3. Ask for compensation or interest for the delay in handing over salary;
4. If they still do not respond then file a suit for recovery in the civil court.
