Am working in a Proprietorship company since 4 Year. Company say no PF applicable for you. Please guide me

Newly amended rules applied establishment like more than 3 members working in that establishment also applicable to pf rules.I don't know how many employees works in that establishment.finaly made complaint on behalf PF commissioner.
