What legal remedy for Dismissal from service due to wrong selection

Sir, we are working in J and K police department in Wireless wing. From 2009. Total candidates are 145. But in Jan 2017 department give us order that releave the job as the highcout of jammu order. Due to wrong selection of candidates in 2009. Selection is done on the basis od disticits. But is should be on state cader. So as per order of High court we have to reframe the lisit oc candidate. Now. In new list our name is not mentioned. We appealed in high court. But court refused by saying this, that this order is issued in 2014. Why you people not tale up on that date. We have now knowlege of this. Please advise as now we are overaged to get new job.
You will have to file a review petition in the High court, if still there is no solution then you can opt for appealing in the Supreme court for the said matter along with an application for condonation of delay.
