What legal action can be taken on employer for wrongful termination

I had been offered employment by the company pvt ltd on 3rdJune as Assistant store Manager in Delhi .The initial joining date was15 July 2018 which got further delayed to 1st Aug 2018.I was insisted by the employer to join his brand under any circumstance after receiving offer letter and accepting it. They have not provided me with any appointment letter so far. Now on 20 August, the MD of the company asked me not to report to work and denied salary as he was not satisfied with my services and he accused me of being misfit for his brand. Kindly advice what legal action can i take against such company. 1. For not providing appropriate appointment letter defining terms of employment. 2. Verbally dismissal from job without paying any salary 3. For making me wait to join work and terminating me within 20 days without giving any appropriate reason or notice. 4. For causing mental agony & harassment.
Dear Concern, please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the law.
2. Since your ouster is not proper so you should also ask for payment of one month as per the norms of market over to your 20 days salary.
3. You can ask for compensation against mental agony only when you end up before the court for the wrong which has happened to you.
4. If they respond to your notice obliging it then its good, else drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction for your right.

Hi first of all good afternoon first u can ask why were u been denied for the job after promising for the job and the letter why did he not do so and after such month why was there’s no salary not been given u can file a case against them in consumer court of fraud harassment and others against these people
