What legal action can be taken against the company if suffered PTSD

I am BE graduate passed out in 2011. I got job in one service based MNC in 2012, after sometime I got one project while I need to go client location ,after joining the project in some time only I felt like contractors (me) are treated like untouchables here, literally I felt like a slave. I was sitting in a room where almost 30 guys were sitting among them 2 were contractors.Environment was extremely pathetic . After some more time I started visiting psychiatrist because I was feeling very weak and feeling like something weird was happening with my mouth, palate or tongue,I was finding so difficult to speak only. I was waiting somehow to finish the project and come out from that environment. That project got over in 9 months and after that I have visited to many doctors speech therapist to dentist , ENT etc ..to find solution of my articulation issue , I think its actually a PTSD . Ques -->any legal action could be taken against company or colleagues because it has tortured my life
