What legal action can be taken against termination with no reason?

Dear sir i am working in a privet company NR switch and radio services ,only 10 days has passed to join this company .And with out any solid reasion they said me for walk away.What can i do sir i am job less even they do not give me any notice they asked me only varbely for walk away.I have resigned my previous company now i am in big trouble please help
you have to send legal notice for resume in the job . they must give a terminations notice to you as per the industrial dispute act 1947 . so that you can also approach to labour comissionar for illegal termination .
