Is it possiable to relieve without legal problem without paying compensatory amount? Can i get proper Resignation acceptance from current employer without paying bond? Is it ant act,Law or sets of rules to describe about employee bond with employers and also break the bond without paying compensatory?

yes ,it is possible to relieve the current job but ur employer must agree that.
2)i get proper Resignation acceptance from current employer without paying bond?
NO(but u must proof it that s proper resignation acceptance from employer)
if ur employer agreed ur resignation means no issues. as per the Indian law .
