Dear
From your averment it appears AG office is planning to Special Leave Petition before Supreme Court of India. However, you are advised to file contempt petition in case they do not regularise you according to the judgment of the High Court.

Special Leave Petition can be filed in the Supreme Court to avail the discretionary power, vested in the Supreme Court under Article 136 of the Constitution of India, to grant Special Leave to Appeal from any judgment, decree, determination, sentence or order in any case or matter passed or made by any Court or tribunal in the territory of India except the Court or tribunal constituted by or under any law relating to armed forces. According to Rule 14, Order XXI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, you can file objections within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice or not later than 2 weeks before the date appointed for hearing, whichever is earlier. But you can only do so by setting out the grounds in opposition to the questions of law or grounds set out in the SLP and produce such pleadings and documents filed before the High Court against whose order the SLP is filed. Your statement of objections must be supported by an affidavit verifying to the correctness of the statements made and also to the effect that the annexures produced are true copies of the original which formed part of record in the Court below.
