What is the eligibility criteria of gratuity benifit

hi, how many years/days of service i need to complete in single organisation to get gratuity benefit. i am working in 5 days a week working IT organisation. i joined on 12 JAN 2012. So when till i need work in same organisation get gratuity benefit. till now completed 4 years 5 months 3 days. can you please help me to get information.
According to payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 & Rules, an employee is eligible for getting gratuity after the completion of five years in an organization. On the other hands, if a worker have worked for 240 days a year is complete. It is not the matte of six working days in a week or 5 working days in a week.
