Company can not compel any person to work aganist their will. The company have a right to recover the expenses incurred for training and other damage as per their bond agreement. The condition imposed in service agreement aganist fundamental rights guaranteed by constitution

That depends upon terms and conditions of the bond. Once executed both employee and employer have to bound the agreement. If a trainee himself wants to leaves the company he has to pay breach of agreement/contract compensation to the employer. If an employee become unsound mind during training, employer can waive off the compensation and agreement can also be treated as void
