What can I do if I received job appointment email on the last day

Respected Sir, I qualified for the final result of area manager in india post payment bank which is owned by central govt. on 17th nov, other selected candidates received intimation mail to download offer letters online . however, i got the mail only on 29th nov which was the last date to accept the offer. i already met the officials and gave proofs that i received my email not on 17th nov but on 29th nov but they are not accepting my request. I HAVE A GMAIL REPORT WHICH STATES THAT MAIL WAS SENT ON 17TH BUT RECEIVED AFTER 12 DAYS . should i file the case in court.

you should file case because there is a negligence on the part of department. It is their duty to explain why they sent mail on 29.11.2017 to you instead of 17.11.2017.

You should definitely approach the concern high court in a writ to apprise about the actual facts of the late recieving of eMail and letters and you are eligible for this post and please inform the details of conditions of service wether it have to check the status of selection or they will inform
