What can i do if company is forcing me to pay bond money

On day i leave my company at 10:00 p.m ..in my company to use phone is not allowed..so my parent try to call in my office ...but in my office no anyone give answer..and i leave my job ..but my company have bond ...and they are force to pay money . What i do.??
Normaly If there is an agree ment than you have to pay it
But.
If there is something unconstitutional than you have to file petition under Art. 226 in the High Court
But.
If there is something unconstitutional than you have to file petition under Art. 226 in the High Court
