What can I do if a company wants me to sign NDA to see offer letter

Hi, One Company wants to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement from me before releasing the offer letter and saying I can't decline the offer after signing that document. I am afraid and not able decide. Should I sign that document? and my current company retain me then how would I decline that offer? If you want I have the images of that agreement
Frist I want to see a copy of Non Disclosure Agreement .Then i will suggest you what u have do .Without proper reading of Non Disclosure Agreement i cannot give u any suggestion to you .So frist of all u should upload a copy of Non Disclosure Agreement.
