What can be done if there is a difference in salary in equal post

I work with an engineering collage. From a list of employee in joining order, my senier and juniers gets more salery although I am doing more job and in equal post
You can file a complaint asking for the reason of you getting less salary and your colleagues getting more salary then you. Kindly collect proof and if you dont get a satisfactory reply from your college then you may file case against them seeking relief.
