your appointment will be subjected to termination by 90 days notice in writing on either side. The company may, however terminate your appointment at any time without notice by paying you your salary in lieu of the period of notice to you aforementioned. In the event of your conducting yourself in a manner prejudicial to the best interest of the company, your employment may be terminated forthwith and in that event you will not be entitled to receive any salary in lieu of notice.
If you do not serve prior notice you may be subjected to withhold of your last month pay and not processing of the full and final settlement. Your personal file may also recorded as termination from service, you also may be subjected to specific performance of contract for not providing of proper hand over or pay compensation in lieu of that loss suffered by the Company.
