What are my legal recourse to recover my payment

Hello, I am a sole proprietorship company into manpower solutions running a job agency from Kolkata. One of our clients - Dell BPO India - hired us as external manpower consultants on agreed terms 2006 - but failed to make the payment due to us after the service was rendered from our end. This payment is due since 2006. No further action has been taken since then from our end. Now in 2018 - what are my legal recourses to recover this pending payment, if any?
I don't understand why people do not accept legal expenses is a need in these days and not a one time expenses and not effective in a free fund! When the pending is from 2006 onward and today we are standing in 2018, that means the service provider is not at all interested in recovering the money.
Any way please get any Advocate of your choice if you are at all interested in recovering at his/her chamber with the agreement or other relevant documents and after that then only he/she can analyze the case.
