What action can i take haven't received my salary

Respected Sir, i am govt. employee working in income tax dept. after extra ordinary leave (EOL i.e.06/06/2016 to 23/08/2016). I have rejoined the dept on 24/08/2016 forenoon but i did not receive the salary for period 24/08/2016 to 31/08/2016 yet. My 7th pay commission arrear is also due from 01.01.2016. cashier regularly demanding bribe for this so kindly requested u plz provide my right suggestion how to get all,and what is law against him(cashier) who regularly harassment me, so that he will not do the same in future

Good thing about government organization and department is that they have their complaint cell of their own maybe known to none or in a complete defunct state but they actually exist.
So my advice to you would to be to found the details of the complaint cell of your department or organization and to put this dilemma of yours before them. I am sure they will sort it out considering the fact that if they don't do so you will be legally entitled to approach the ministry in this situation and you approaching the ministry means lots of people will be losing their job below for non-performance of their job.

In the facts as mentioned above my you, the best option available to you is to initiate criminal proceedings against the cashier under the Indian Penal Code. You also have an option of simultaneously initiating proceedings under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
