1. You will need to sit with the union leader and negotiate;
2. Ask for the bifurcation for the increase in Rs.3000/-;
3. Ask them to sign a document stating the reasons for increase;
4. If they continue to harass you then you will have to approach the labour commissioner;
5. Last option is to approach the labour court.
